The Marching Band relies on volunteer support to ensure a wonderful experience for the students. Volunteering is a great way to meet other families, have fun, and support this special high school experience. 

Please consider volunteering at 3 events - many hands make light work!

10 Parent volunteers are needed at every performance to help students with their uniforms before & after each performance.

Uniforms Team: LEADS

2-4 Parent volunteers are needed at every performance to help organize the Uniforms Team before and after performances. 

Drum Kit

Equipment Team: Set Up & Take Down Performance

10 individuals are needed to help at every performance with mechanical props & set-up support for our show equipment. Responsibilities could include supervision of students as they assist with the build before the Marching Band takes the field.

Driving the Uhaul

2 parents are needed to drive the instruments & equipment to every competition. Please see the calendar for exact dates & locations. 

Photographer & Videographer

1 photographer and 1 videographer are needed at every performance! 


Potluck for Students

Please watch for a detailed sign-up to bring food to the Marching Band Camp Student Potluck.


Band Parent Night

10 parents are needed to work at the check-in table outside the gates of the football field and to help parents line up before the recognition ceremony.
